Eligibility.  I would love to include all, but the giveaway is open only to residents of the United States, and you must be 18 years of age or older as of January 20, 2018 to enter. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian may enter so long as they are 18 years of age or older on January 20, 2018. You must also answer the questions below. Inappropriate or incomplete entries will sadly be disqualified. Your entry does not need to be long—this is for fun! Family members of the proprietor of Saving Our Stars are not eligible to win. You may not win two giveaways in a row or the same giveaway more than once in 2 years. Saving Our Stars reserves the right to disqualify anyone for any reason. Selecting a Winner. The winner will be chosen at random on January 20, 2018, using a random selector tool in which your name will be entered. If you are an eligible winner, you will be contacted on January 21, 2018 by email and will have 7 days to respond with your mailing address for your prize. You may only give your mailing address or an address in which you have been given permission to have the prize delivered. This address will not be shared. P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted. If you do not respond in 7 days, or if your prize is undeliverable, you will sadly be disqualified (and your prize forfeited), and another winner will be selected. Prize. I will be shipping your prize through USPS. In the event your binoculars or flashlight arrives damaged, one replacement will be sent after you send back the original (this will be free of charge through Amazon). Afterwards, you agree to contact Celestron with additional complaints. If you claim your prize wasn't delivered, but the tracking number shows it was delivered, I'm sorry, but another kit cannot be issued unless USPS agrees to cover the items. Indemnity, Waiver, and Liability.  If you win the giveaway, you, the entrant, assume all liability for any damages or personal injury caused or claimed to be caused, by your use of the prize. You hold harmless Saving Our Stars, and anyone involved with Saving Our Stars, from any liability.
